When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they brushed me off. Additionally, the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in slow service. We requested a late checkout, but our request was not honored. Will not be going back."

"Centrally located to the airport, nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bed was great, room was very clean and the decor inside was nice and updated. Had a view of the lake. The hallways were a little dark older paint and decor but inside room was great remodeled."

"My wife had an appointment at OHSU. We came from out of town and were hoping for an early check in so my wife could freshen up before her appointment. We were checked in early within 5 minutes of arriving. Loved it. The staff was amazing"
