Excellent location and a very nice little villa. A few issues with facilities that didn't work properly and the property manager didn't always respond in a timely manner but for the price, I'd happily recommend it.

A comfortable stay everything we needed was there, maybe the beds needed to be replaced but we're used to a harder bed! Pascal is lovely and also Santiago who owns 27 & 28, fabulous location to front town and a 5min walk to flamingo beach and a 10 min walk to the high street all in all a very comfortable stay

A lovely 3 bedroom villa in a lovely complex with great facilities and pools which is very close to lovely beaches and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and the owner Pascual was always on hand and a lovely man. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.

We loved playa Blanca and the location of the villa was superb. The villa was as it was advertised. And all communication with the owner was brilliant. Loved it and would definitely go back. Children loved the pool and the jacuzzi and our private terrace for sunbathing.

We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.

The villa was well equipped with almost everything you would need for a short medium term stay and would have been ideal with aircon. We are quite fussy but other than the aircon we couldn’t fault it, with only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and bars. If we return to Lanzarote we would definitely stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location central to both beaches a five minute walk to all local amenities. Situated in a private gated area .The pool area could have done with some TLC but overall a nice property to stay in .

We had a lovely 2 weeks break at Pascul's villa. Pascul was on hand to answer any queries we had. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great and shared between three villas. Perfect location with a short walk into town and the playa flamingo beach.

My wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Everything is as advertised, a great location less than 5mins walk to the nearest supermarket bars and restaurants. Had a great time in the apartment. Pascual very helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Especially nice outdoor area where we had a bbq. Would definitely go back.

The location is superb - 5 mins walk from Flamingo and Playa Blanca beaches and close to the bars and shops but not too close. The villa is on a quiet, well maintained estate and has access to pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need is in the villa and Pascual and Santiago are around to help if needed. Definitely will return
