This delightful 3 bedroom villa is situated 25 minutes' walk or a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca, home to a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa janubio is located in the perfect spot to explore what this island has to offer. This semi-detached villa is situated in the Las Buganvillas residential area with just a short drive or a 25-minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, where you will find a selection of shops, bars and traditional restaurants. The smart Rubicon Marina offers cocktails, glamorous dining and boutiques, while the promenade is lined with top seafood places.
