"Convenient location, there was confusion checking in and they couldn’t find our reservation or figure out how to authorize for incidentals. Used soap left in the shower. Otherwise, people were friendly and beds were clean. "

"Had to check in at 1, we went to a concert at the Cascades Amphitheater and it finished at midnight. Paid for the 2 x 2 queen bed rooms a month before hand. Was told the hotel had no vacancy and then asked if we had a reservation. The front desk person checked us in to our first room, sent the 2 staying in it off to bed, they came back immediately, the room hadn’t been cleaned, both beds stayed in, no clean towels. FD person found a clean room, sent those 2 off to bed around 1:30. Took another...
