"This was my first Ryokan and all I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. As someone that also works in hospitality, I've never stayed anywhere else in the world that treats their guest as well as they do. Everything from the room, food, and onsen was spectacular. I would love to return if I ever get a chance."

"Spacious room, Private toilet and bathroom were separated in each room, Good fridge with small freezer inside, TV was big enough to watch with family, Enjoyed almost private hot springs bath at 5pm and 6am, air conditioning worked well, Udon breakfast at 7am and Udon night snack at 9pm, best place to stay if you were a Udon lover."

"今回は宿泊のみの目的でしたが、色々なactivitiesがあるので時間に余裕を持って滞在するともっと楽しめると思います。隣接の温泉施設にレストランがあり遅く到着しましたが、食事処もあり便利です。ただ、グループ客利用中でお風呂が混雑しており利用を控えました。キャンプ場の共同シャワー（一個のみ）を使用しましたが満足度は良くないです。。。トイレの数も多くないので。。また、洗面台の蛇口がセンサーなので洗顔に苦労しました。共同のシャワー、トイレ施設が大きいともっと満足できたかな"

"We were unaware that dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant were required, so we had to drive back to the city to have dinner. Therefore, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to make a dinner reservation. The breakfast was included, and it was really good!"
