"We had a power outage in the middle of the night, and once it was 'fixed,' the air conditioning stopped cooling. The room is tiny, and the window looks straight out at the wall of a neighboring building. Even though the hotel's occupancy rate is clearly low, they are incredibly stingy about upgrading guests from entry-level rooms.
