The staff is very nice. Hotel is very clean, room was clean as well. Very close to everything. Family friendly 100%. My kids loved them, we will definitely come back. The pool is great! I recommend it. I would add brighter lights to the room and bathroom.

Es un lugar ideal para asistir en familia, se siente acogedor. Puedes descansar en el jardín mientras los niños estan en la alberca, también tiene un mini bar ahí mismo en el jardín, llegué ahí por casualidad y esta vez lo busqué para reservar ya que nos gusto mucho

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y nos gusta mucho en general. El único pero es el agua, las dos veces que nos hemos quedado el agua sale fría, diferentes habitaciones. La comida, el lugar nos gusta y está súper bueno si va a Six Flag

El personal en general, muy amable. Las instalaciones pueden mejorar. Tardaron mucho en servir los alimentos en la comida, no tuve agua caliente por la mañana y a las 8 pm no encontramos nada de comer, hay que cenar fuera o llevar algo.

La habitación con poco mantenimiento, solo cuenta con 2 contactos de luz, si conectar el teléfono para cargarlo , tienes que apagar la luz, el personal en recepción no conoce los procesos y tiene que llamar a otra persona que le dé instrucciones, no hay agua caliente en la regadera 🚿 al menos nunca llegó, no hay teléfono para llamar a la recepción, el colchón si estaba en buenas condiciones...
