La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y la regadera echaba agua por todos lados, les comenté que deben limpiarla para que salgaejor el agua. Muy bien servicio.

El costo es alto para las instalaciones del hotel, está todo limpio y fumigado, pero el baño todo antiguo y desgastado, las toallas igual. Sin aire acondicionado y sin mosquiteros, entonces te aguantas el calor extremo en la habitación. Nos cambiaron de habitación para el 2o día porqué ya habian pagado antes que nosotros otros huespedes, una con cama King y tenían urgencia. No lo recomiendo.

Me parece que no ve por el huésped, llegamos a las 13:30 y nos comentaron que por políticas del bote no entregan la habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde, la cuestión es que el hotel estaba vacío y éramos los únicos huespedes

tiene buena ubicación y jardines al igual que buena alberca, pero requiere mejorar en mucho su limpieza (toallas, sabanas, pisos y decoración de habitaciones), creo que con poco puede mejorar para que justifique el precio igualmente su decoración con rojo por todas partes, en mi opinión, da una mala imagen, lo hace parecer hotel de paso, lo que lo desprestigia

Buen lugar el personal muy atento y te apoyan mucho, lleve una persona en silla de ruedas y me facilitaron la primer habitación en planta baja, también llegue de madrugada y me recibieron sin problema , lo único que me gustaría es que tengan una plataforma para pagar con tarjeta aunque no estés en el establecimiento.

Estuve una sola noche pero sin ningun problema la habitacion limpia y comoda, no tiene aire acondicionado solo un ventilador de pedestal, no utilice la alberca pues no tiene caldera y sali muy temprano, la atencion del mostrador muy buena

La verdad es que solamente revisé las imágenes del hotel, sin embargo hizo falta que revisara los alrededores. Pareciera Hotel de paso y la verdad es que por el precio, si esperaba más. El personal muy bien, pero no me gustó que para poder entrar una hora antes a la habitación para alistarme para una boda, me cobraran 200 pesos. La habitación en términos generales está bien y es sencilla pero cuando nos bañamos tiene como una pequeña fuga en el cancel de la regadera y eso hizo que se saliera agua como tipo fuga al Piso. Pusimos unas toallas para poder usar de tapete. También creo que las toallas deberían de cuidarlas más, me tocó que me dieran toalla de Sport City, Los gimnasios… En términos generales para la estancia y las instalaciones esperaría un precio más bajo
