Clean, warm, safe, basic accommodations. Located in the heart of downtown, so walking distance from everything. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shuttle to/from the airport was great. Although breakfast was not included, the on-site restaurant "Wing Freak" was good.

This was my second stay, when I walked in the lady at reception said welcome back. It had been 5 weeks since my last stay. I had my dog with me and we had a pet friendly room and they always treat him so kindly. Which means the world to me.

Good value. The room was clean. Courteous staff. Good location, close to restaurants, grocery store, the Tourism Infocenter, and it is at walking distance from Old Town and museums. The local transit bus runs very often on the same street. Would be nice if the carpets were newer.

A huge thank you to the team at the Nova Inn, especially the kind Fatima. I arrived back to YK after 48 hours + in transit, after midnight and no luggage, only to discover that in my jet-lagged brain I had booked the wrong day. Fatima, was kind, professional and empathetic dealing with my "not best self". She booked me another room quickly and even made sure that the room would be quiet. I did not have enough energy at that moment to thank her or to say how grateful I was, but it did not go unnoticed. I appreciated the kindness very much. The room was great, clean and quiet. The staff in the morning were equally professional and kind.
