Very convenient, downtown and right in the town mall. Nice staff, clean room. The only problem are the homeless people who seem to have the spot in their permanent attention.

This hotel is not at all like the photographs. We had a boarded up door in our room, an air conditioner that wasn’t attached to the window, fan that did not work. Worst of all we had no hot water for 2 days! Our room was not cleaned until day 4, after repeated requests to have it cleaned. The power went out in the middle of the night and the fire alarm was set off. The front of the hotel - the steps are a favourite spot for the homeless to gather. There was good security to get into the hotel with your keycard and to access the elevator. They did have a security guard on duty and the front desk staff were pleasant and as helpful as they could be.

Great place to stay overlooking some of Downtown, what’s nice about it is that they have a lot of international guest and it is next to a mall that has various restaurants and stores and it’s easy to get transportation to the important places. If you stay at the fancy hotel, it is more of a luxury experience with this place is functional for the city. It’s also close to a Filipino restaurant, Chinese restaurant, burger restaurant bar, Tim Hortons, and not far from the liquor store. the stuff was great in the hotel is very secure.
