House is rented entirely, including a private yard.
Outdoor highlights: large terrace for preparing tasty dishes on the fireplace, relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ gazebo with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers,grill grate, one bundle of firewood). It is perfect for evening gatherings.

Activities:
We have an entire slope for sledding, skiing, and tubing with rubber tires. Sleds and tubing tires are free for our guests. Inflatable pool available seasonally in summer Horseback riding nearby + rides on mountain trails possible (for a fee).
fishing in the river (we provide fishing rods), playing volleyball, badminton, backgammon, chess, dart or simply resting in a hammock. This place is ideal for photo tours, hiking and rock climbing (routes are very close!). Parties & events can be held. Free car parking on the territory of the house.
