Very nice staff, breakfast lady is very courteous and tries very hard to please everyone’s taste. Food is ok. No elevator, stairs are ok. Safe place to stay in. In room the safe doesn’t work. Changed room 3 times, bed and mattress wasn’t comfortable. They found a relatively newer single twin small bed that has a newer mattress on it. Cleaning ladies are very nice. Very close to metro gayaran “ Sasuntsi david” price is relatively ok, no room darkening curtains, half way darkening.

I wonder how this week hotel has been rated as 9+.

There was a small bed, very uncomfortable for my daughter. While you use bath, the water is spread around bathroom area, specially collected in front door. Next day I saw a black mite was biting my leg skin.

冷蔵庫、シャワーの温度と水量、朝食などいまいち。 がっかりしたホテル

最寄りメトロ駅の出口から徒歩６分。駅前に小さな店があるが、中心地のスーパー(SAS)を利用した。早朝には駅前朝市で大変に賑わう。 ホテルにはエレベーターなし。部屋は少し狭い。東芝製の大型冷蔵庫があるが、コンセントが日本式なので使用できず。ホテルにはC型のアダプターなし。私用のC型アダプターで接続したら、良く冷えた。冷房の効きはまずまず。 問題は洗面所が節水。さらに、シャワーも節水でぬるくて節水しすぎる。お湯温度は40度、35度、30度、28度位で温かくならない。水量は1日１、2リットルで一日を過ごす感じである。朝食は８時半からで、内容はいまいちでがっかり。食べれるのはパンとヨーグルト位。

Günstig gelegenes Hotel

Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sehr von Vorteil ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe ist gleich der Hauptbahnhof mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt.

Очень порадовал уровень обслуживания, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки, чистота в отеле SD. Отель расположен в центральной части города, недалёко от железнодорожного вокзала и станции метро. По близости от отеля достаточно магазинов для приобретения всего необходимого.

Brilliant service

The staff were lovely. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of food supervised by the lovely Elizabeth.The only small suggestion is that breakfast start at 8 not 8.30 to allow you to go on excursions.

Прекрасный отель для гостей Еревана

Замечательный и очень гостеприимный отель. Расположен в тихом районе с привокзальными магазинчиками и кафешками с очень симпатичными ценами, в 5 минутах ходьбы от площади Сасунци Давида, железнодорожного вокзала и станции метро или 5 минутах езды на такси от центра Еревана. Просторное здание с импозантным и впечатляющим своим оформлением холлом на 1-м этаже. Комфортный 2-местный номер с кондиционером, множеством телевизионных каналов (в том числе русскоязычных), стабильным wi-fi и приличной сантехникой. Единственный минус - хорошая слышимость, но это беда многих отелей... ) Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и заботливый русскоговорящий персонал, который сделает ваше пребывание в Ереване не только приятным, но и по-доброму запоминающимся)) Пребывание: апрель 2017 г. Цель поездки: экскурсионный отдых.

Хороший отель

Небольшой отель расположен в 5 ти минутах от станции метро и ж.д вокзала. По утрам на привокзальной площади работает рынок. Вокруг много небольших магазинчиков. При этом район тихий и не опасный, до центра 20 минут пешком или две остановки на метро.Номера вполне уютные, учитывая бюджетность отеля,у меня в номере был кондиционер, что важно для пребывания в городе летом. Персонал дружелюбный,любой вопрос решается за пару минут.

Very cute family run business

The hotel is very cute, its perfect in many ways. Its run by super nice family members. Its not a corporate run hotel, but if you want a breakfast cooked by "mom" serving home made marmalades, fried eggs, etc. Even asks you what you like for the next day, this is the place. The building is clean, not too fancy, have excellent wifi, convenient walks and the price is amazing! I will stay here for sure again.

My stay in SD hotel was joy in spacious room, with very helpful and friendly staff, close to metro station and city amenities. For the same service in other hotel the price in SD hotel was exceptionally good deal.
