Park Avenue Hotel
Relatively remote location. I preferred for avoiding the urban traffic. Nice looking hotel. Staff are friendly. Communication is a little bit limited, however sufficient.

Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool.
