It was self check in system but very confused!!!! The touch screen wasnโ€™t easy to use and open the room key box was difficult to open. It took long time to check in. The room was very clean but if I have to do this check in process again I will pick other hotels!

Brilliant location and the room was ok in the main. Check in was very difficult, the room was very hot and worst of all, the mattress was really uncomfortable. We could feel almost all the springs. Not happy

Everything about this hotel was cute and the location is amazing. Downside was the check in process. I thought their google drive instructions were clear but when actually confirming all your guests on the screen, it doesnโ€™t let us confirm but just go automatically to calling. I almost thought I did something wrong, but I guess it just prompts the next screen and they want you to verbally confirm you got the key. The calling part threw my friends off who were also checking in and caused some delays. Other than that, great location to everything in Kamakura.
