Fabulous room with a view. The staff were very attentive. One thing that was lacking was the availability of coffee. There are no coffee places open before 8 am, the hotel does not provide lobby coffee and there is an espresso machine in the room that provides teeny amounts of not great coffee.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday and her recovery from the hospital. Since we both live in Yokohama, staying at a local hotel was a very new and special experience for us. We had always been curious about this hotel when walking around Minato Mirai, so we were happy we finally chose it. Good Point: Facilities & Staff: The whole building was very clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and we really appreciate their warm service. Amenities: The amenities were excellent and fully stocked. We were very satisfied with the quality. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious. We were particularly impressed with the rice and the Umeboshi the Japanese food selection was wonderful. Bad point(Improvement) Bathroom Smell: The bathroom area had a slightly strange odor, maybe like sweat. We opened the door to ventilate it for a while, but the smell didn't completely go away. This was a bit disappointing. Sweetness of the Snack: The Japanese sweet (Wagashi) placed on the table was too sweet for us, and we couldn't finish it.

Was a nice place for the two of us to stay for our honeymoon, however our messages to the hotel were never responded to. Breakfast was simple and convenient with no standout options or recommendations. Sushi restaurant was amazing and would highly recommend this when staying. The food was delicious and service was above and beyond expectations.

写真通りのとても綺麗なホテルでした。 比較的静かです。 ただ入口が分かりにくく、周辺施設の説明や館内の案内マップなどの説明が欲しかったです。 建物内の構造がちょっと複雑で歩き回ってどことどこが繋がってて抜け道があるのか…自分でマップ見て探索しました。 また館内を歩き回ってる途中で険しい顔で声かけられたのがちょっと不快でした。 怪しいにしても声のかけ方をもう少し考えて欲しいかったです。 接客は丁寧という感じは受けませんでした。 夕飯ですが、周辺施設にお店はあるもののかなりの満席で、フードコート的なラーメン系のわざわざここで食べなくても他でも食べれる感じのお店しか空いておらず、飲食店が充実しているとは思えませんでした。 優雅な時間をテラスで過ごしたかったのですが、お店などは予約しておくべき、またはホテルので済ませてしまう方がいいかも知れません。 同じようにお店探しでさまよってる方々を見かけました。

The hotel itself and surrounding area are amazing. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. What was a bit frustrating was for every small request there was a surcharge. For example if we wanted to ask the hotel to call for a taxi there was a fee (!) or if I wanted to warm up my food there was a fee vs a microwave that I could access on my own.

Beautiful

This hotel was beautiful and you could get to so many places by walking. Located right on the harbor we could watch boats cone and go. In the evening, we'd go on the rooftop garden and relax.

The hotel has the best location, ocean front with walking distance to lots of shopping area and restaurants. Convenience store is just right at the corner. If they have a buffet breakfast to start my day, then this stay will be perfect.

Really attentive, kind and helpful staff, especially the valet and front desk. Gorgeous room, really a suite at a fantastic location for us precruise. Will absolutely stay here again if we return to Yokohama!

バスルームも含めお部屋が広くて清掃も行き届いており、大きな窓から湾が見えるのも最高でした。夜ルーフトップから見える赤レンガ倉庫の夜景もとっても素敵でした。 奮発してクラブラウンジ付きを利用しましたが、アフタヌーンティー、ディナー帯、朝食どれをとっても一つ一つ美味で、少しずつ色んなものをいただけるのも良かったです。スタッフさんも皆さん常に丁寧な受け答えをしていただき、プロを感じました。 ホカンス目的で来ましたが大正解でした。 また泊まりたいです！
