This is my second time staying at Estelar, I have also stayed at Estelar in Monteria. Every location has been absolutely wonderful, the service is Very Very good! The rooms are spotless, pool is well maintained. Not one complaint. I highly recommend Estelar if you want to eliminate any stress for your vacation.

First our room wasn't ready, which is ok. Normal. Sometimes it happens. We were advised to go to the pool area. The pool was so nasty the water was green. You could not really even see the bottom of the pool. Then 2 whole days with no hot water. When we asked they said the technician was fixing it. It was never fixed. You have to ask someone to come and open the balcony for you and sign a waiver. No coffee makers in the room. You have to go all the way down to the lobby to get it. Only 1 elevator and it takes forever. No safes in the room. No hairdryer either. Never again will we stay here.

Trabas para el chek-in.

Muy engorroso el proceso de Chek in, lento y además molestan muchísimo por documentación que es absurdo para la edad de los niños que ya cuentan con tarjeta de identidad. También molestan mucho por el ingreso de mascotas y cobran prácticamente otra habitación por la mascota. Poca amabilidad de la recepcionista.
