Room had 2 queen sized beds. Microwave and Fridge. We went first weekend in October, they just did a ground cleaning in the building, everything was super clean. Friendly check in, fast check out. Across the street from the ocean

I have been going to York beach for many years. Really love it during the summer months with the two beaches and the entertainment under the pavilion. Great little shops. York Beach is truly a gem. Can’t wait to go back!
