Summary:
This modern and spacious 2 bedroom flat is set within a brand new development in Layerthorpe, York. You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and towels as well as Wifi throughout. This is the perfect base for up to 4 guests to make the most of York.
The Space:
This bright and spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The floor to ceiling windows let natural light shine through the apartment and offer lovely views from the 4th floor. The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen, full length windows and storage space for clothes. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The modern family bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use. Guests also benefit from access to the communal gym in the building. The building is very safe, with a dedicated concierge and 24/7 CCTV in communal areas.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of York, it's just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restauants and historical attractions. York Minster, the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe and the Jorvik Viking Centre are just a 10 minute walk away, whilst York Castle Museum can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. You are also well placed to access the historic city walls, which you can walk around and get the best view of the city free of charge. There's also an Asda and a large Morrisions supermarket just around the corner from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most areas of the city are easily explored on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is around a 25 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
