"We were so very excited to spend some time here however we spent a lot of time in Yosemite so we were a bit late checking in. (A lot of people were checking in when we were) When we arrived to our room, we were so unsatisfactorily met with a stifling hot room. If I had to guess it was close to 90 degrees in our room. (Second floor) Immediately, we turned on the air conditioner and left the room to go visit the gift shop figuring when we returned, the room would be more comfortable. It was not.. The staff were attentive, and the maintenance person did check out the room and the front desk person called me and said that there was nothing they could do except provide me with a fan because the air conditioner was working properly. It was working properly, but it shouldn’t have to cool down a room that’s 90°.. While I do believe the staff tried to help us as much as possible….. a good recommendation would be to turn the air conditioner on in a room when you’re expecting a guest to check-in. No guest should have to walk into a room after an exhausting day and be met with the stifling heat that we were. . I hope this facility can make better choices when it comes to making sure guests enter a comfortable room."

"Fue una buena experiencia, nos hospedamos para ir Yosemite, aunque la distancia no es la más corta, tampoco es muy lejos, fue la mejor opción y a buen precio, el hotel contaba con todo lo necesario, estaba limpio, la habitación tenía buena espacio, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, además frente al hotel, hay un área para hacer picnic o asado junto junto al río, se puede ir a río a descansar, fue una muy buena experiencia, volvería ahí todas las veces"
