"The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were overwhelmed and service was poor however, there were no pubs or restaurants around to be able to walk to, which was disappointing."

"First we had a room the bathroom did not flush. It did not work then they sent us to the other room it was as bad as the other room the tub when you take a shower the water is overflowing so they need to fix the whole pipe or do something about it the water system because it is not working for them. Staff got mad because we complained about the bathroom not working, so other staff came and gave us an other room and it’s like at this point I was done. So you mad cause I’m spending money and I wanna be happy."

"Dirty room badly in need of painting and updating. Housekeeping does its best but the furnishings are worn, carpeting dirty, walls not cleanable. I will not stay there again, sorry Front Desk Clerk Daniel was exceedingly helpful and kind. Kudos to Daniel!"

"Great location if going to the Amerant Arena. There is also plenty of shopping ( Saw Grass Mall) and great restaurants! Enjoy! "
