Staff was super friendly and breakfast was yummy. I was shocked I couldn’t take any to my room and go back to sleep. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Having multiple pool options was great! Comfortable bed. Great to be able to get food service to the pool areas. Lovely location in the mountainside. Parking should be included though.

Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt.

Placemakr Downtown Phoenix
The bed was small and the orientation (sideways, against the wall, with no headboard) made it awkward to sleep in. My room was missing its TV remote, but management brought me one. Operation of the door lock when leaving was not explained to me, and I actually ended up leaving my room unknowingly ...
