"They don't let us to use the pool just for the other's kids guests they make a mess and the hotel just closed the pool for all i think it's unfair because we always tell our kids to be respectful to an other's guests and just for some random kids we can't use the service we paid for our kids enjoy"

No blankets were provided (the “comforter” is more like a sheet) and limited pillows (4 thin ones), toilet paper (no back ups, just one on the roll), and towels (2 thin and small towels, could not even cover myself up with one) BOTH the comforters had holes in them, shower curtain was stained with blood, fridge was a mini fridge and lacked space, floors were dusty (dust storms are common in the area), and the space was less than I needed for my family of 5. Pool was closed “due to dust storm breaking the filter”."
