"We had a great time at Sunscape. Pros: -Best service we have ever had throughout the hotel, this is clearly a focus and the level of excellence is there (Especially Luis at the Italian restaurant, best service I've ever had -Lots of great activities for kids and the Kids Play Centre was a great amenity -Beach was awesome -Very clean throughout -24 hour coffee shop was a great resource to use as little kids were up early and trip back to the airport so early morning coffee and snacks a plus Cons: -Hotel is a bit dated. Especially around the pool area it is really slippery for kids (this is the first place to update, could live with the rooms as they were) -Food was decent but not the best Overall we had a great experience here and the level of service excellence was apparent throughout! Would stay here again."

"Property is great. They can do a lot of improvement in the food especially the snack bar and also that you cannot go to the restaurants till after two days that you stay there that was very annoying because if you have allergies or low immune system, you cannot just go to the buffets"

"This resort is amazing! Great place to relax with no kids it is very laid back. The food is awesome. The only caution is if you are coming for the beach, please consider this area has a lot of seaweed and you may not be able to swim in the ocean AT ALL depending on the time of the year! There is nothing the resort can do about it. The staff is really helpful and professional. Yale in the activity department did an awesome job making us feel comfortable."
