Stayed for one night while seeing a show at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. A great stay if you don't plan on hanging around in your room for very long!

It was worth every penny for the excellent staff, hot shower, crisp ac, ice machine, and a clean bed with total blackout curtains. We were passing through to see Joshua Tree NP - so only went to the hotel for a shower and sleep and didn’t get to utilize the many other amenities available. Wonderful, hardworking staff!!

The facility is not bad but I had serious issues with cleanliness. Wyndam should make them undertake a top to bottom cleaning. Issues: My first room had hair on the sink and toilet after cleaning (band still on the toilet but hair on the tank.) The second room I was moved into had a fingernail on the bed when I moved in (!!) and hair on the floor of the bathroom. The corners and baseboards had dirt in and on them. This hotel was renovated not too long ago. A real cleaning would make it a lower cost and acceptable travel option but as it stands I can't imagine staying there again. Clean it and it's fine. But the chain should inspect it and remove their name from this building if they don't clean it up.

We stayed for 1 night and the room was pretty clean but it did have a weird smell that went away when we used the AC. The self parking was free but a bit tight for our truck but it worked. The staff was so kind that when we checked out and thought we forgot something in trh room they gave us back the keys to check. Overall it was a good value for our money($101 total) since we did some herping nearby.

I had to travel to Palm Springs for family reasons but everything was sky high bc of a music festival. I found this hotel in JT which was a bit of a drive, but a peaceful one and I enjoyed it there. It's an older property and it seems to have some original decor which I found charming. It was safe, clean and friendly. Plenty of parking, and a grocery store and eateries across the street where I had a Thai dinner, Excellent!

Very clean room as well as the bathroom. Plus free breakfast! Friendly staff. Location is about 10 minutes from pioneer town. There's also a black bear diner next door, if you like that place. Also a stater brothers across the street as well.

This property likes to steal from its guests. Don’t start here. They stole $180 and won’t return it. And their rooms are disgusting. Very dirty. The manager is a jerk about asking them to clean their rooms. This place is horrible.
