The hot spring bath is the perfect way to start/end a day. The open-air bath is divided into male and female guest time slots, but there are two other private baths for family use. They are clean and serene. The check-in was smooth, and our room was delightful. We drove and used the hotel's free parking space. But if one comes by train, it may take 5-10 minutes to walk to the hotel.

The property is in a beautiful and icon location. The staff is amazing and so kind. They will help you with anything you could possibly need and more. I had such an enjoyable stay I would love to come back sometime in the near future. This place was perfect.

Incredible service,clean and tidy environment .They have two private indoor onsen and one public outdoor onsen which all three onsen don’t need reservations.The actual environment is way better than the photos look like.A decent hostel overall!!👍

The place is easily to find in good location, the staff welcome with hospitality. I’m so impressed. I wish to pay another visit next year. The room is very cozy for everyone of us (3). We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor onsen provided by this property. Excellent

オーナーはとても親切でしたし、お部屋も快適でした。ただ、Wi-Fiがあっても繋がらないです。合間に仕事もする予定でしたので、あくまでも観光を楽しむ旅行としておすすめします。お湯が出ないのが残念でしたが、露天風呂は気持ち良かったです。

노부부께서 운영하시는 온천여관입니다. 다다미 방을 예약했는데, 기존 침대방 + 다다미 방이 달린 방(105호)을 주셨습니다. 두 호실을 한 호실로 압축한 듯한, 기묘한 방이었습니다(무려 개인 현관도 있습니다) 유후인에서 꽤 안쪽에 있어 식당이나 편의점 등의 위치와는 거리가 좀 있으며, 가족 욕실(24시간), 노천탕(남녀 이용 시간이 나뉘어 정해져있습니다) 등 나쁘지 않았습니다만, 오후 10시 이후로는 여관 문을 잠궈버립니다. 저는 개인 현관이 있었던 105호를 묵었기에 제한되지 않는 부분이었으나, 그 외의 방을 묵는 분들은 불편함이 있을 것 같습니다. 추가로, 상당히 자연 친화적인 곳으로 거미, 나비, 벌 등의 벌레는 기본으로, 운이 좋다면 도마뱀도 볼 수 있습니다. 벌레를 싫어하는 분들께선 많은 애로사항이 있을 듯 하며, 흡연은 현관 앞에서 가능합니다. 얼리 체크인, 레이트 체크아웃도 가능한데 시간 당 1100엔을 필요로 합니다. 그 외엔 제가 이용하지 않아 자세히 모르겠습니다.

ペンションのスタッフの方はとても親切でした。 夕食時に出かけようとしたら、周辺の店は閉まっているところが多いので予約をしているかを聞いてくれました。夕食は前もって店を予約してましたが、その店も予約なしだと入れなかったと思います。 予約してなければ、イオンが近くにあることも教えてくれました。ペンションのダイニングで買ってきた食事ができます。 翌朝のチェックアウトの時に由布岳をバックに写真を撮りましょうかと言われたので、撮っていただきました。 いろいろとお世話になりました。

アットホームな温泉ペンション

受付時の説明がとても丁寧で、夕食もお勧めの飲食店を紹介予約して頂きました。 ドリンク類のサービスやランドリー施設も助かりました。 温泉は3箇所あり、露天（男女交代制）と個室2箇所。 源泉掛け流しだけど時間帯によって湯温はまちまち。（他のゲストが調整しちゃう？？） スタッフの方達はみなさんフレンドリーで居心地は大変良かったです。 オプションで朝食付きにしましたが、味ボリューム共に満足です。（1人1,100円）

다시 꼭 찾고싶은 호텔

깔끔하고 청결하고 정원뷰가 좋고유후인역에서 도보십분내외, 노천탕도있고 패밀리탕도 있는데 너무 맘에들어 하루에 두번 갔어요. 식사제공우 없으나 가성비가 좋은 료칸이라 다시 가고싶습니다.

매우 잘 이용했습니다.

노부부 두분이서 운영하시는데 시설이 정말 깨끗했고 추운 날이었는데도 히터 빵빵하게 나와서 너무 잘 잤습니다. 가족탕이 두곳있었는데 두곳다 좋았고 물도 깨끗했습니다. 가성비 최고 료칸이라고 생각합니다. 유후인역에서 걸어서 10분 정도이어서 너무 편했습니다.

民宿婆婆和前台姨姨十分友善和細心，很熱心幫助每位客人。房間環境寧靜，基本設備齊全，風呂溫度適中。地段近車站，行大約十分鐘到，但又不在繁華的街道，前面有一條美麗的河，十分喜歡這樣的環境。
