On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple. "Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.
Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals.
