"This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

"I had a nice quiet stay in Likto hotel. Every thing was great in general, except minor details like the emergency light under the bedside table which was in corrosion. Second minor thing was the lack of variety in breakfast buffet dishes. Also, the TV system language was unchangeable so I stucked with the Chinese language. Other than that a wonderful time you can stay comparing to the amount of paid money."
