Simple mais parfait comme d’habitude.

Je loge rĂ©guliĂšrement dans cet hĂ©bergement lors de mes dĂ©placements professionnels Ă  Moulins. C’est atypique et agrĂ©able de ne pas ĂȘtre dans un hĂŽtel anonyme. PossibilitĂ© d’échanger avec les adhĂ©rents. Studio au Rez de chaussĂ©e, qui donne sur les champs, simple calme et propre. Il manque juste un ventilateur en cet pĂ©riode de canicule. Mais la Chambre Ă©tait Ă  25 au plus fort, donc supportable.

C’est un EPHAD !

En fait c’est un EPHAD qui loue des chambres ! C’est dĂ©primant. Et il n’y a rien autour. Pas de restauration possible le soir Ă  l’EPHAD. Nul sauf si vous avez 90 ans. Et en plus cher !

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement, qui se trouve en rĂ©alitĂ© au sein d’une rĂ©sidence accueillant Ă©galement des personnes ĂągĂ©es. Ce point n’était pas mentionnĂ© dans la description, et il me semble important de le prĂ©ciser, car cela peut ne pas convenir Ă  tout le monde, mĂȘme si le concept en lui-mĂȘme est tout Ă  fait respectable. Les parties communes, notamment les couloirs, rappellent davantage un Ă©tablissement mĂ©dicalisĂ©, autant dans l'amĂ©nagement que dans l’odeur ambiante. Cela crĂ©e une atmosphĂšre particuliĂšre qui peut surprendre. Concernant la chambre : elle Ă©tait spacieuse et propre, ce qui est un bon point. En revanche, la literie manquait de confort et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pendant la nuit, ce qui a affectĂ© la qualitĂ© du sommeil. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c’est un lieu qui peut convenir pour une halte rapide, mais il est essentiel que les spĂ©cificitĂ©s de l’établissement soient mieux indiquĂ©es dans l’annonce.

L'appartement est vraiment bien. Sauf la literie qui nest pas confortable. Il n'y a pas de clim, donc avec la chaleur nous avons voulu ouvrir le volet de la terrasse : impossible. Il ne fonctionait pas.

Passable pour une nuit - propreté à revoir

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement. Que les appartements fassent partie d’un EHPAD ne nous pose aucun souci, mais ça serait agrĂ©able de le savoir dĂšs la rĂ©servation et ne pas le dĂ©couvrir dans les avis laissĂ©s par d’autres clients. Ce qui nous a posĂ© un rĂ©el problĂšme est la (non) propretĂ©. La salle de bains n’était pas propre, beaucoup de cheveux par terre, Ă  l’endroit de la douche (d’ailleurs, il n’y a pas de cabine de douche). Nos chaussures colaient au sol (dans le couloir, comme dans la chambre). Le lit n’était pas confortable et les oreillers « fatiguĂ©s ».

Parfait pour les sĂ©jours Pro; calme spacieux; discussion sympa avec les rĂ©sidents . Sejour en famille.

Sortie familial avec 1 nuit à Zenao , Constat: tres bonne literie, mais temperature trop haute ! Coin tres tranquille, tres appreciable! Par contre d' ordinaire je paye quand j arrive CAD" Sur place" hors on m a débité dans la journée de vendredi, et ça je n apprecie pas! Je passe toujours par Hotels.com et non Expedia! Pourquoi mes interlocuteurs me parlent toujours d ' Expedia! C est insupportable! Des ameliorations devraient etre faites! Svp, merci de faire le point necessaire.

Nous avons fait effectivement reçu un mail de l'Ă©tablissement mais Ă  1 h 03 du matin, nous Ă©tions dĂ©jĂ  dans la chambre. Mais lors de notre arrivĂ©e, la personne Ă  l'accueil nous a remis une enveloppe avec toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires. Le volet roulant de la porte fenĂȘtre Ă©tait bloquĂ©, nous n'avons pas pu l'ouvrir ni profiter du petit balcon car personne n'Ă©tait disponible pour le rĂ©parer. Nous Ă©tions 4 et pour prĂ©parer un repas une casserole et une poĂȘle sont insuffisants. NĂ©anmoins Ă  l'accueil on m'a remis une autre poĂȘle. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme et le parking gratuit.

Un enregistrement difficile avec quelques problĂšmes de chambre mais le soucis a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© dans l’heure et le service client a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif avec un petit dĂ©jeuner offert, ce qui Ă©tait apprĂ©ciable. bon apart hotel dans l'ensemble

bon établissement, personnel trÚs agréable, chambre confortable et propre avec tout ce qu'il faut, à l'intérieur, une partie des chambres dont la nÎtre ont une vu sur chantier. 2 recommandations cependant , fauteuil d'appoint à changer un peu usagé au niveau de l'assise et accoudoirs, et douche a rafraichir joints étanchéités
