Everything just fine

Read a lot of poor reviews about this place. Was skeptical coming in but decided to give it a chance. Nothing at all was wrong with my room. Clean sheets, working shower and toilet and air conditioner blew cold. Not much more I can ask for.

Keys to door didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, most ice machines didn't work, hot water...joke. The pool stayed opened but there wasn't lights for it. Our room was clean, but our teams rooms stunk of mold and body odor. Their breakfast was decent.

Let me give credit where its due, the gentleman that checked us in was GREAT! BUT our room was FILTHY, the door lock was broken, the tub faucet was broken, the bathroom mirror was on the floor in the rest area, the TV remote did not work, and there was enough DUST bunnies in the room to make an entire family....

As soon as you walked in the room, it glad a musty smell. I called the desk and said May have air freshener. There was a stain on the carpet. Front desk not so friendly but breakfast lady was very nice and good at her job. The pool area needed new furniture and one chair was missing an arm. The table was gross and no umbrellas. The furniture in the lobby needs to replaced too since chairs were worn.

Very comfortable stay for a short-notice trip. This was a long drive for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! Due to COVID-19, I always make a point to spray lysol to help with germs as thus was our first hotel stay since the pandemic. The staff made us feel important and they were nice. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming.

The facility was nice and the desk staff were helpful. Cleaning crew removed dirty towels from the room on wenesday but did not restock the towels or toilet paper. Other than that no issues with my stay

Staff was pretty nice , the room was pretty clean , only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t close up the shades for the window ..we only had acces to open and close the sheer see through curtain . The shower pressure was pretty low ..the more hot water came out ,the pressure became even lower. Rooms are outdated . The remote did not turn on the television (turned on by hand ) volume buttons on the remote didn’t work .

Still not a bad option

Never paid it no attention before atleast at this location they didn't have ketchup for the hash browns. Couldn't find salt or pepper either. Comfortable stay but my bathroom lacked wash rags. No one answered when I called to the front desk good thing I travel with such items. Close location to college campus that I was touring with my daughter.

Parking is easy, well lit parking lot. Staff was very nice and courteous. Hot breakfast, I had eggs, sausage and grits. There were other items to choose from. My room mini fridge didn’t get cold. Bathtubs are extremely slippery. Strange green substance on shower curtain.

It was easy to locate and to check in. When I pointed that the handle on the shower door was a little loose on my 2nd day there, there was no hesitation in moving me from Rm. #315 down to Rm. #205. Other than the loose handle on the shower door, the 2 lamps in the room could have been cleaner than they were as there was dried bug sh__ on each. Overall, my stay at your place met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing staff

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. We stayed in a suite, comfortable bed. The room was large with a small tv. My husband has low vision and had to pull a bench in the room in front of the television. I had trouble seeing the guide and detail from the bed. A large room deserves a large TV. The lights in the bathroom were very dim, definitely not able to apply makeup in this bathroom. The toilet was in a cubby in the bathroom and not lit. This makes it difficult for people to see the toilet or things that fall on the floor. Overall we would stay again due to the friendliness of the staff.

Better hotels choices out there

Will not stay there again. First impression of lobby and staff was good but too many issues to go back. Water pressure in room was low and drain plug was broken and would not hold water. Security lock on door that allows you to open door a few inches was broken. Breakfast was disappointing. Always had to ask for coffee when out. Fresh fruit one day out of three. Pool was so cloudy and dirty you could not see the bottom. No paper towels or soap in lobby bathroom even when I told front desk. Staff did not seem to care about how clean the halls were. One plus was we allowed a late check out.
