Ivanka, if I spell her name correctly, is a warm friendly hostess. Speaks English, very considerate, patiently introduced me, places to see, where to eat, safe routes to bike ride. I spend a wonderful afternoon in Zadar, good sleep at this place

We loved staying here, the double room was modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the balcony and room, Ivanka even had a cutting board and utensils which was perfect for preparing fruit from the nearby market! It was quick uber ride to old town, and about an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owners were great, we would highly recommend staying here!

Aparcamiento privado en la calle. Aunque no tiene cocina, hay vajilla, microondas, hervidor y nevera. Terraza grande para comer y tomar el sol. Baño compacto. La casera vive abajo y es muy amable.

내 집같은 편안함

자다르에 시내버스가 좀 더 자주 다닌다면, 이 숙소는 더욱 인기가 많아질 것이라 생각합니다. 물론 당신이 자동차를 이용한다면 더이상 문제될 것은 없겠죠. 필요한 모든 것이 준비되어 있습니다. 다만, 계단은 마음의 준비를 할 필요가 있습니다.

Poor living

Was given a child queensbed which where 180cm long so the feets couldn’t fit the bed. Only recieved one master pillow and the bedsheet was only a protection cover. No other bedsheets was included. No fan in the pentry. Cigarettesmoke from the nearby balcony got into the apartment constantly. Would have been nice to have wineglases and not only waterglas. Overall a very poor living and not even close to 9.2 rate.

Perfect Big Apartment Near Zadar and Day Trips!

We loved this apartment and wished we stayed longer. After several small room hotel stays this apartment was so big and spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and we even had a washing machine to clean our clothes!! Much needed after a week on the road. Our host Ivanka was great and kind. We stayed for two nights as part of our Croatia road trip, however in hindsight we wished we stayed at this apartment longer and travelled to a lot of our destinations from this apartment as day trips. Easy day trips to make are: Zadar, Zagreb, Plitvice, Krka, Pag Island etc. Onsite parking, down the road are restaurants and bars (bamboo bar for cocktails) in walking distance. Old town Zadar is a 40 minute walk away but we had a car so drove there and used the very cheap parking outside the gates. We will stay again if we are ever back!

The appartement was really clean and has all the facilities that one can expect of a decent appartement. The location is like 7min by car from Zadar city centre. Or the appartement had some bikes available. The hostess Ivanka is really nice and helpful and she speaks English really well. She provided us with an umbrella as we didn't had one for the beach. Overall we were really happy also as we went by car.

Een hartelijk ontvangst door de eigenaresse. Een appartement met een groot balkon. Ook geweldig om sterren te kijken. Tevens mooi centraal gelegen, om Zadar en haar prachtige kust te ontdekken. Wij komen terug!
