Not great, every picture you see is a lie, the pool Isn’t the same pool as the picture, hotel room nothing like the pictures, no kitchen as specified, hairdryer didn’t work, needs modernisation. Sun loungers all falling apart above pool. Location not bad, easy walk to beach and 20mins to old town.

Good location, but wasn't a clean place

Good location and easy check-in with quite friendly staff, but the cleanliness of the apartment was poor. Spiderwebs, dirt on the floor, barely any toiletpaper or soap for handwashing. And the boiler was off, so we didn't have any hot water available when we checked in. The water in the pool looked dodgy at best.

Helpful staff and comfortable stay

We were upgraded to another room on arrival. The staff were very helpful and helped us get settled late at night after a delayed flight. Everything was clean and in order.

Mediocre Place in Zadar

Not the best place to stay in Zadar. Plug sockets are an electrical hazard, not very clean... pool is not for children Service and staff were fine Location is far to walk to old town. About 35mins to sunset view. Would have maybe been abit better if the children were older. But it was too far for us to walk, not clean and not ideal

Young people on a limited budget???

The place was clean at least. It had no soap, shampoo or anything else. It did have dishes and kitchen supplies. One trash can in the bathroom. Very skimpy blankets on beds, (almost like the coach airline blankets). Very, very basic room. It does have a nice pool. For young people on a budget it might be ok?

I will give 3 stars for this property because the reception staff was very friendly and the location of this property. Regarding cleanliness not a good experience in the advert was told that will be cleaned every day but not true. We had to go and ask for it. On arrival, the bed wasn't prepared and no towels in the room so we had to go and ask.

No light in the bedroom. Not very clean either. Danger of electric shock as cables are just sticking from the wall. Stuff is mostly from Serbia. They are very afraid of anybody and reluctant to talk at all. Think they are illegal workforce… Very sad picture of croatian tourism.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This apartment is the private back area of Hotel Zadar. The check-in service was rude, and we were placed in back apartment 02 next to the “owner” - an old man who told us that his children are running the place now. The stove didn’t work and they didn’t offer an alternative. We have allergies, and require a functioning kitchen for food preparation. My 5yo daughter ate fruit until we could find a restaurant that would prepare a safe food for her (which we had to additionally pay for). I couldn’t eat breakfast due to contamination in restaurants and had to eat bit and pieces I could find in supermarkets. They rationed toilet paper by sheets. The washing machine didn’t work (they kindly did 1 load of washing) and the “owner” had a go at my wife because I left the door open while the air conditioning was running, to get something from the room. All the family members working there were rude, didn’t even say Hello and acted as if they didn’t want visitors or “intruders”, but were happy to take our money. The arrogance was mind boggling. The only good thing was the pool at the back.

Publicité mensongère ! l'appartement que nous avions réservé etait en dessous de tout ! La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien et l'hôtel n’est pas bien entretenu, salle de bain d'un autre temps et portes de la cuisine qui tombent! Comment cela est il possible ???? Petit déjeuner pas,top du tout, on se demande où ils ont ete chercher leurs 4 étoiles !? Franchement, à absolument eviter!

L'appartement est tout simplement un cagibi, dans les combles avec un état de propreté et d'entretien déplorable ; un état général innomable- trou dans le plancher masqué par le carrelage, vieux meubles inutiles, cuisine vieille et sale, salle de bain insalubre, je passe sur les odeurs de moisi... non fonctionnel du fait de la hauteur et de l'encombrement mobilier. Le rapport qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix payé.
