Great location back from the city, with good recommendations from the staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast had lots of options. Would definitely stay again

The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby.

Whilst this hotel is not in the hustle and bustle of the old town it is really lovely. The rooms are roomy, well equipped and very clean. The small additions like the mosquito plug in, the air conditioning unit in the room and the dryer for the balcony was great. The breakfast is very good, great service and the views over Zadar are wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and informative. He was especially helpful on the last day calling the ferry company for us and offering use of the pool until we left. The pool is beautiful, cleaned every day and a welcome relief in the heat. We had no issue getting Ubers to the old town and they were reasonable prices, to walk the 30 minutes in the July heat would have been punishing. There is a small, well equipped local mini supermarket just down the road which is useful for drinks and snacks if needed.

Superb hotel

Absolutely lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Super breakfast lots of choice. Quiet and Extremely clean. Quite far walk from old town. We had a car so perfect location. Manager/owner very helpful.

Great little find

Hotel exactly as described - immaculate, staff very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with a lovely view over the city. Great value for money, would definitely recommend. Half an hour walk into the old town but we enjoy walking so we were happy to do. Taxis were also really reasonable when we used them though. We met the owner on the first day, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and he offered to ring our taxi for us to the airport on the last day.

The best breakfast we had in all Croatia! Such high quality ingredients and very fast service. The view with the breakfast was amazing. The building was brand new, really modern and classy. The room was very spacious and very clean. We loved the balcony, we loved the pool. The pool side was perfect to take some sun. The host Klaudio was very easy and fun to talk to with great advices. The parking space was very easy and directly at the hotel and the drive to the old city wasn't very long which was perfect. We felt very comfortable and at home in our room.

If you're planning a visit to Zadar, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the hotel was well-maintained and clean. The spacious rooms were a joy to relax in after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. With a wide variety of delicious and healthy options to choose from, I felt energized and ready to start my day. Plus, the views of the city from the top floor where the breakfast is served are simply breathtaking. Despite the hotel not being located in the downtown area, it wasn't a problem for me as I had a car. And it was well worth it! All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.

Bearing in mind this is a 3 star property, I still came away disappointed having read some the reviews. It’s inconveniently located unless you have a car (or are happy getting taxis everywhere). The breakfast is very average (croissants from a packet and coffee from a machine). The hotel is separated into two buildings, one of which is newly renovated whereas the other one is a bit of an eye sore. The main thing that disappointed me though was the noise in the mornings. As breakfast is served on the 3rd floor, you’re woken up by food steps from 7am onwards. It’s fine at best, I wouldn’t go back though.

Mycket fint. Stora fräscha rum, och vårt hade direkt utgång till poolen. Trevlig frukost på översta våningen med fantastisk utsikt. Lugnt område en bit från centrum. Finns buss, men vi promenerade. Rekommenderas varmt.

Schöne Unterkunft und großzügige Zimmer mit super Ausstattung. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und haben am Empfang direkt tolle und praktische Tipps für Zadar erhalten. Einziges Manko war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer - wir waren im EG und haben jeden Gast der zum Frühstück wollte gehört. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, die Einrichtung im Frühstücksraum passte für uns irgendwie nicht zum Rest der Anlage. Alles in allem ein schöner Platz zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen.

O hotel é novo e super bonito, além de tecnológico. O piso do banheiro aquece, com termostato da sua preferência, o ar condicionado LG fica como um quadro na parede e quando você liga, ele avança para frente para soltar o ar. Achamos incrível. O quarto é bem grande e bonito, com excelente qualidade de roupas de cama e travesseiro, e o banheiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é excelente, tudo com muito cuidado e personalizado. Tem piscina aquecida que não usamos. Tem uma varanda excelente. O único problema que encontramos foi a dificuldade do wase ou google Maps encontrar a localização. Sempre nos mandava para a rua de trás, que não tinha acesso e como as ruas não são planejadas, foi mais difícil de encontrar.
