Wonderful stay in Zadar

Beautiful room with comfy bed. Decor was very comforting and elegant. Check in was amazing. We arrived a little late by bus and were seen right in to our room. Wonderful location right in the heart of zadar and 30 second walk to the boardwalk for beautiful sunsets.

Superb location

I arrived early and was able to check it right away which was really appreciated. There are quite a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk, the waterfront is also a 1 minute walk, the old part of the city is another short walk. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is truly exceptional, the room was incredibly well decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was able to accommodate me checking in an hour early which was very appreciated and I had a slight issue with the keypad on my room on a Sunday evening but the team were wonderful - very responsive despite the time of day and had me inside within 5 minutes. Once you get there it can be a confusing. Also scheduling your check-in arrival is not ideal meaning you have to let the person know when you will be there so they can have someone to help you find the place (and that someone is not very welcoming, meaning if you are struggling with your carry-on, do not expect help). The area is super noisy but I was expecting that. Other than that good place.

Location was convenient by the sea and walking distance to the Old Town, main square and restaurants. HOWEVER... knowing there was limited staff for check-in we made certain to arrive within the allotted time. The location was VERY difficult to find, the main entrance was locked and inaccessible, parking was challenging and when we finally got to our room MUCH later than expected, it was much smaller than expected, it was dirty, untidy and not clean at all. What made it worse was the terrible odor that we couldn't get rid of. Opening the windows did not help. I would not recommend and suggest you look elsewhere.
