Hotel Esplanade Zagreb
Hotel with a lot of character. Very pleasant experience. Close to sites and city has great tram system. Taxis horribly expensive which has nothing to do with hotel. Due to rain did not get to use terrace which looked enticing. Excellent. a/c. Comfortable room.

Hotel Dubrovnik
Location is very central for Zagreb to see the main sights. However it is located within pedestrian only streets, so drop off is not at hotel entrance.
