Great place, very very very clean, good air-conditioning, good breakfast, good people, the only thing that was a bit of a down site was that it located on the main street and it's a bit noisy,good parking, very close to the train station

Great location, easy in and out with parking close by. Driving in Europe on holiday is always challenging and available parking is a big plus. The place was as advertised and very clean comfortable and safe. Loved every minute of our stay. This was an older hotel. Affordable. We did not travel to the city center. Location is everything. Excursions from here would have been easy as public transportation is close by. AM breakfast was good. Quiet. We at dinner in a place close by served local foods and was very good.

Like that the staff were super friendly. Great but simple breakfast to start the day. Did not like that the rooms were tired, shower leaked and the door opened inwards. This did not leave a great deal of space to get out. Curtains needed to be changed as they were stained. Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair.

Perfect hotel in Zagreb

The room was spacious and with all you need, also the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The place where the hotel is located is also very good, you have restaurants near it and you can go downtown after a 5’ tram. The breakfast was plenty of options to choose, all of them very tasty. Specially mention to the receptionist, he was very kind and pro-active, he involved personally to look for a place for dinner. He was terrific, I am sure the best Hotels of Zagreb want to sign him! Also to mention: Hotel has parking!

Spot lights didn’t work.WC Door was inflated due to water so it couldn’t be closed. Safe didn’t work as well. Phone in the room didn’t work. Room and hotel was clean. Tv was good. Bed was good. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning works as a charm. Its ok for one or two nights. It seems that it was a beautiful hotel at the beginning but it is obviously not being maintained well.

The room needed updating in terms of USB ports for electronics. We had to use our converters and plug everything into regular outlets which were not conveniently placed in the room. Otherwise, everything was superb. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but coffee was delicious. Parking is convenient in gated private small lot next door. Places to walk to for dining. Staff professional and polite. Loaded bar in the room with goodies. Super quiet and beds very comfy. Boutique hotel about 3.5km from the city center with easy public transport if needed. 20 min ride to airport. Would def stay here again.

It looks quite luxurious for a 3 star hotel. They style is modern but it needs maintenance! A lot of furniture is damaged. There’s a problem with the electricity and lights goes on and off without touching the switch. You can’t change the temperature of the room and there’s no ventilator in the bathroom installed. The result is molt in some corners. In general the room was clean but I don’t understand why there was no coffee machine. Also the restaurant was closed during my stay. The breakfast looks nice but it wasn’t. Ten minutes after opening the warm products were already cold. The second day I chose to have breakfast outside. The hotel have a lot of potential but they need to focus on the basics first.

Really small room. AC is centrally controlled and wasn't working at all, esp during the night when the room got too hot due to the bathroom heater. Front Desk said they will fix it but didn't even after multiple requests. No coffee maker in room or cups, we had to ask for them. This is a bad hotel, not worth it as there's other options in Zagreb, Overall Zagreb itself is not worth visiting - nothing to see or do. Best to skip it entirely, save money and time.

Staff very professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were very good. Property in a great location for easy access to the Old city via the tram system which is cheap and easy to use. If staying in a room at the front of the hotel (which we were) it is noisy on and during the night from all of the traffic on the busy road outside. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not use the spa facility.
