Not a 3star hotel

Went on vacation with group of friends. When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused! Not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is not good, furthermore the staff was not quite friendly - always accusing us of something, for example that the 6years kid is talking too loud at 11am. Positive things: location and air conditioning. Negative things: staff friendliness, very poor breakfast, bad condition of the bathrooms (water coming out the suige, black spots on the shower curtain, lots of stain on the pipes), strong wet smell in the rooms, loud street, most of us had problems in the night because busses and motorbikes were passing by.

２泊して、1日ザキントスのシップレックツアーに参加。 1日一人60ユーロ。ホテルで紹介してくれました。 9時出発、午前中崖の上から見て、午後は、ボートツアー。 シップレックのビーチに行ったり、途中で船から降ろしてもらって泳いだり。 波のない海をプールのように泳げて、見所、遊び満載の最高のツアーでした。 このツアーへの参加が目的でしたので、ホテルはあまり重視していませんでした。 空港からもそんなに遠くなく13ユーロ、買い物も便利。 でも、カップルにはちょっと物足りないかな、という感じ。 私たちはホテルに寝るだけだったので、必要は満たせましたが。 目的によっては、良いホテルだと思います。 夜10時以降のスタッフがツアーの内容など把握していなくて、そんなツアーはない、と言われ、焦りました。 ホテルのオーナーは親切で良い人でしたが、夜到着の人は注意です。あと少しで、ツアーに参加できないところでした。

As a base to explore zakynthos it can't be beaten!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great from the friendly owners who greeted me like an old friend, to the closeness to the nicest shops and restaurants, it really excelled my expectations in every way. And for what I paid, this might be the best value of any hotel stay I've ever had. For the solo traveller, I don't think you could get much better than this. I'd stay here again for sure!

The hotel is in a very nice area in the city center. It was a littlebit loud also after midnight on the street. The breakfast was "cheap", but the service was nice. All in all it was good,to relax for a few days.

OK, sehr klein nichts besonderes

Hotel ist sehr klein und familiengefürht. Es gibt nur eine Putzfrau für alle Zimmer (während unseres Aufenthaltes) die aber sehr nett ist und ihre Arbeit gut macht. Die Zimmer sind winzig. Sobald man die Tür des Zimmers öffnet fällt man auf das Bett. Schwer mit zwei Koffern im Zimmer sich zu bewegen. Das Bett ist für Menschen über 180 cm nicht geeignet. Viel zu klein!! Das Bad ist ebenfalls klein. Der Duschvorhang hat eklige, unterschiedlich farbige Flecken! Am ersten Abend hatten wir eine große Kakerlake im Zimmer, welche wir dann durch das ganze (kleine) Zimmer gejagt haben um diese zu entfernen. Der Balkon ist kelin. Ein Stuhl und ein Hocker vorhanden. Für einen Tisch gibt es keinen Platz. Somit kann man keine netten Abende auf dem Balkon verbringen. Der Kühlschrank ist so ekelhaft, dass man sein Essen dort nicht lagern möchte! Beim verlassen des Hotels MUSS man den Zimmerschlüssel abgeben. Diesen darf man nicht mitnehmen.

Sì tratta di un hotel in centro a Zacinto Town e quindi sconta il fatto di essere in una posizione un po rumorosa. L'albergo è comunque pulito ed il personale è gentile

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μικρό. Θα εκτιμουσαμε αν είχε έστω ένα μικρό κουζινακι. Από το δωμάτιο μας καμία θεά προς την πόλη ή έστω τη θάλασσα. Το wifi άψογο. Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή πολύ ευγενικός και φιλοξενος
