The rooms are large, nice and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location near to the Plaza Pilar and the transportation hub of Plaza de España.

I arrived from Barcelona three hours before check-in and Angel lifted up to his name and allow me to check in at 12 o’clock. It’s a 10 minute walk to all the main sites and is a great location.

The facility overall was very nice. Our room however was very odd. Like it was extra space that needed to be made into a room. There was a huge “L” shaped sofa that was horribly uncomfortable, way too deep to sit in. Had there been lots of pillows it would have been usable. There was a long desk to offset the sofa but just one little chair for the whole space. Two nice size windows for light but nothing to look at. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and there morning buffets was excellent!

Wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff. The design esthetic of the property is interesting and eclectic. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value, and you can request items not on the table such as eggs to your order preference.

Great location. Dark room for sleeping. TV I could not find an English station nor could I use my Amazon prime, Apple TV, etc. Shower good pressure and temperature. Bed was hard, but I slept well. AC worked good.

STAY HERE! You will not regret it. I’m visiting from the United States and hopped from Madrid to Pamplona to Zaragoza and Barcelona and this place has by far been the best one yet. Due to pretty much everything. 1st, The Location is next to everything and within walking distance, the neighborhood is very safe. Second, they take pride in their hotel appearance and cleanliness. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. The rooftop view is amazing and it’s really hot right now so the pool was a lifesaver! Now for the very best part, AC it felt soooo good in our room. I could cool Off very fast and slept like a baby because I wasn’t sweating or sticking to the blankets , especially with the heat wave we are all experiencing in the world. It Seriously made it hard to not want to leave the hotel because of how nice it is. So far Zaragoza which was a last minute choice to go see was the best choice because it is a beautiful city and staying at this hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
