The neighborhood is safe, lively, and perfect for exploring on foot.

This apartment offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city, including bus stops and tram lines. Street parking is available for those arriving by car.

However, given its central location, we recommend exploring the area on foot.

You’ll be a 10-minute walk from Plaza del Pilar | 10 min. from Plaza de España | 5 min. from the Ebro River | 15 min. from the Central Market | 10 minutes on foot from the main shopping streets: Paseo de la Independencia, Calle Alfonso I, El Coso.

- It has air conditioning and heating.
- Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
- A microwave is also available.
- It is located on the second floor and has an elevator. Due to its central location and the surrounding area, you may hear some noise during your stay.
- It also has a decibel meter. Its total area is 47 m².

The accommodations are equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of paper towels
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
€10 for small towels
€20 for large towels
€10 for sheets
€30 for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
