The Space:

Apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. In summer it is climatized by 3 AC units & in winter heated by comfortable underfloor heating. As the apartment is insulated, it has a perfect room climate all year. It is perfect for holidaymakers, divers, hikers, climbers, and remote workers - even in winter. There's a Dolce Gusto coffee machine waiting for your morning brew – we'll provide a few complimentary pods to get you started!



Enjoy your stay with eco-friendly comfort. Our AC coin meter system is simple and sustainable: we've started you off with some initial credit, and to continue using the AC, just insert 1e or 2e coins into the meter. This system ensures efficient energy use and helps us to continue to take care of our islands.



Guest Access:

There is a common entrance keybox for the main door.

Guests walk to the elevator and press 4 to get to the apartment.
