Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. "This place needs a complete rebuild, this hotel is far away from being a 5 stars hotel. The room that we got was dirty and it takes only one shower to have water all over with tiles making it worse and risky to walk around. Mosquitos were everywhere in the room.
