"Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out."

"Room size was good for travel with family but definitely not a 4 star hotel. No ventilation in bathroom so ceiling above shower is growing mould. No daily housekeeping. Smells in entrance hallway and elevators. Excellent location and close to train, bus and shopping."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I thought the breakfast was quite basic, but not terrible. It is very close to Brussels Midi station, but it's not the nicest of areas so you need to get a taxi in to the centre for a nice meal."
