The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the room and bathroom were very nice and clean, and the beds were super cozy! The nearby construction affected the view, but it was at no fault of the hotel. I would recommend staying here!

Loved the friendly owners who provided us a place to store our bags and a small backpack to use for the afternoon until our room was ready. The hot tub was wonderful and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic and had a large selection. We loved our stay.

It was so nice to relax in in sauna and then in outdoo jacuzzi fter tiring hikes. The staff was very kind and helpful and we absolutely loved the view of Mattehorn from our balcony. We couldn't be more happy with our accomodation.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ambiance. The room was spacious and clean. Our balcony was large and had a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only downside was there is construction everywhere in Zermatt, so there are large cranes that were blocking the view of the Matterhorn. I could still get a picture if I zoomed in. That is not the hotels fault, but worth noting.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We got in late and they left clear instructions and upgraded our room for free. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room was great. The hot tub and sauna were also amazing. The location was perfect. I absolutely recommend!

Lovely stay!

We had a really nice stay at the Hotel Ambience, it had lovely staff (it was a small team as it was off-season, but they were really kind and helpful). The rooms were comfy, breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed having a relaxed drink on their terrace with a view of the Matterhorn.

This is a lovely hotel with great views of the Matterhorn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous. And even had views of the mountains from the very nice bathroom. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Best view in town!

We received a generous room upgrade without asking upon arrival and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious while our view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Zermatt!
