Check in staff was nice. We enjoyed the breakast, it was delightful. Our room looked out the back but still great view of nearby mountain range. We were just a hop skip and a jump from pretty much everything and everywhere. Great stay, thank you Hotel Continental...!

Hotel is conveniently located to the train station and the main shopping/dining area. It was super quiet as well which was very nice. However, carpets in the room were heavily stained.

Location is a plus! Close to the train station and so many restaurants! The room was small and the hotel is a bit updated. But I would definitely recommend it.

We actually stayed at the sister hotel Simi, which was a free upgrade that we were given when we arrived! The bed was comfortable and the room was the most spacious of all our hotels that we have stayed during this trip. The staff was excellent, even opened the bar (which was closed for the summer season) so that we could get some ice!

4 min walk from train station. Make a right out of train station. Second side street after McDonalds. Not located on main street. Breakfast, check in and out out of Hotel simi which is at the end of the same street on right side, 10 sec walk. Excellent stay. Matterhorn was white out and has free bus to hotel. About 30 min if you walk. But we did train Gornegrat. Leaves from train station. Dont miss the zoom and virtual paragliding up there. Trains every 20 min.

Decent property for the price. Don’t expect too much. Small bathroom, no air con for summer nights, breakfast was very basic no cooked eggs. Have to boil your own. Great location

Room was clean amenities were basic. The breakfast was very good, however front desk not available when needed to report an issue with the room. Also not a fan of housekeeping barging in without knocking at 8:30 am.

The hotel is as exactly as you see it in the pictures. For what we booked it for it was perfect. Gave us rest and we were skiing most days and out eating most nights. Great experience overall.

We had a great stay at Hotel Continental Zermatt. The hotel allowed an early check‑in at around 10:30, which was incredibly convenient after arriving in town. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main streets, making it easy to explore Zermatt without needing transport. The room was spacious for a couple and came with a lovely balcony. We were lucky to have a clear view of the Matterhorn right from our room, which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well. The hotel also provides a luggage storage facility, which allowed us to check out and still explore Zermatt freely without carrying our bags. Overall, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and considering the location and amenities, the stay offered great value for money. A solid choice for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and beautiful views.

Check-in and customer service on is not in the same building. We had to carry to our luggage up six or seven steps to reach the elevator and down the same set of stairs to check out. The room was very warm even though the heat was not turned on. We had to open the door to get cool air. Breakfast was good. House keeping was good. Staff responds was good.
