"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. "Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...
