"Don't be fooled by the 8.6 rating. The service here was incredibly disappointing. We arrived at 11:30 PM to a room that wasn’t prepared for 4 people—no hand soap, not enough towels, and not enough pillows. ​The staff's handling of this was completely unacceptable. I am currently on crutches with a broken leg in a cast, and when I finally reached the night receptionist on my third phone call, I was told I had to come down to the lobby myself to get the missing items because housekeeping was closed. No effort was made to help an injured guest. ​To make matters worse, I asked the morning reception desk for towels again at 10:00 AM. They promised to send them up, but an hour later, we checked out having received absolutely nothing. We understand staff get tired, but 11:30 PM is a normal check-in time and paying guests should be treated with basic respect. Will not stay here again."
