"Es un hotel amplio muy bien ubicado con una vista impresionante y una playa maravillosa sus puntos malos es la carta su carencia de alimentos el servicio de playa es malísimo con un mesero atendiendo a todos y tardado y los servicios del bar y restaurante en playa acaban súper temprano, las habitaciones les urge un mantenimiento están súper viejas camas, muebles, y las ventanas en lugar de vidrios eran plásticos de ahí en adelante todo bien."

"El hotel está situado en diferentes niveles los cual hace complicado el desplazamiento dentro de la propiedad para personas con discapacidad. Aunque los cuartos están limpios y bien mantenidos, no tienen pantallas que apliaciones para utilizar servicios de streaming. El personal muy amable y con buena actitud. La comida en los restaurantes de buen sabor y calidad aun que un poco caro."

"The staff remembered our names, what room we stayed in, the palapas that we were under and were so personable. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious and modern, the beach was beautiful. We stayed one night because we arrived before the reservation at our timeshare began and we went back TWICE afterwards with a day pass. We kicked ourselves for not staying there the entire time."
