The spacious living area is divided into the dining area, followed by the open kitchen with a dishwasher; on the other side is a sofa and a flat-screen TV with a large balcony door leading to a west-facing balcony perfect for enjoying the evening sun.

The apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.

You can park your car and bicycles securely in the underground garage.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat—all available for a fee.
