"Not a Sheraton! This hotel does not have the look and feel of a Sheraton. The rooms are poorly lit, crowded with overwhelming decor, do not provide even a free instant coffee, the check-in staff is unfriendly, and other than the location would not reccomend this hotel. Additionally, after we checked out they sent us a bill for a breakfast that we never had. After sending them multiple email with no response I called Marriott Bonvoy to open a case. They finally refunded the erroneous charge with no apology or explanation. If you've ever been to any Sheraton and expect the Sheraton experience, you will be disappointed with this one. Do not recommend."
