Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

"Rooms were spacious but a little out dated. The bathroom door is directly behind the toilet so the door hits your knees if left opened. The food was good, the steakhouse was the best however the wait time was over an hour. There is only one towel distributions so if you’re on one side of the hotel swim up you will need to walk over to the other side for towels. There are no elevators from the bottom level to the first levels"

"Room was beautiful and an oasis to return to after a hot day. Beds were very comfortable and view from balcony was amazing. Balcony could have done with more than just 2 chairs. Food at Baja Brewing was mediocre and margarita was undrinkable. Breakfast was great at Aleita with beautiful beach view. Beach club area was poorly managed. We had to ask several times to get towels, and it seemed to be a hassle for the staff to find vacant beach loungers when we asked for them (we did use the reservation service once which worked well). I would recommend this location."

"Staff were friendly. Service was great. Always taken care of whether it was being picked up, dining, pool side etc. can’t wait to book another stay. Plan accordingly if you want to shuttle between the Sunset and Rose. :) Joel the bell boy and Christian the bartender stood out to us."

"Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made break created to allow for swimming. We ate at Vela, Lena, Mio and got coffee and pastries from Arcos. All solid. Got a massage and used the spa facilities - it’s a must. The staff was great, Ismael, Edson and everyone else at the property were great."

"Main pool was okay. We rented a cabana one day and it wasn't worth the extra money. The small pool right in front of us was literally green."
