The house is designed to accommodate up to two people, making it ideal for a romantic escape or a relaxing stay in contact with nature. Just minutes away from the lively towns of Portofino, Rapallo, and Chiavari, it’s the perfect hideaway for those looking to disconnect from everyday life while staying close to beaches, hiking trails, and charming villages.



🌿 The space

Surrounded by silvery olive trees and breathtaking sea views, this small country house tells the story of a family and its traditions, passed down through generations. Once used for pressing grapes and harvesting olives, today the house welcomes guests in simple and authentic surroundings, enriched with antique furniture and architectural details that preserve its history.

The bright veranda, once a lemon house, allows you to enjoy the outdoor spaces even on less sunny days, offering a privileged viewpoint over the landscape. The house is perfect for those seeking authenticity, tranquillity, and a genuine connection with the Ligurian nature. It is suitable exclusively for couples or two guests, and is not equipped to accommodate infants or small children. The terraced outdoor layout does not guarantee safety for little ones.



🚪 Guest access

The accommodation is fully independent, adjacent to the main house but with private access, ensuring freedom and privacy throughout your stay. The garden, framed by climbing plants, offers space to relax outdoors in an intimate and protected atmosphere, although it is not suitable for young children due to the terraced layout.

Guests arriving with small or medium-sized vehicles can use the private roadside parking. Larger vehicles can make use of a nearby paid parking area. Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy the house and outdoor spaces in complete independence.



ℹ️ Other things to keep in mind

This house is ideal for those who appreciate simple living, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A sweet and friendly female German Shepherd lives on the property, but you are not required to interact with her unless you wish to.

Separate waste collection is required and made easy with dedicated containers. During the summer, for safety reasons and the high risk of fire, smoking is not permitted in the green areas.

The property is suitable exclusively for two guests and is not suitable for families with children or infants, due to the terraced outdoor spaces.
